TGB Nedir?
Teknoloji Geliştirme Bölgeleri (Teknopark), üniversite kampüslerinde veya yakınında kurulu, ar-ge ve teknoloji odaklı girişimlere özel vergi avantajları ve fiziksel altyapı sunan bölgelerdir. Türkiye'de 80+ TGB faaliyet göstermektedir.

Kuluçka vs Hızlandırıcı Farkı
Kuluçka merkezleri erken aşama girişimleri için ofis alanı, mentörlük ve temel altyapı sunar. Genellikle 1-3 yıllık programlardır. Hızlandırıcılar ise belirli bir süre (3-6 ay) için yoğunlaştırılmış mentorluk, yatırımcı bağlantısı ve bazen küçük bir ilk yatırım sunar. Demo Day ile sonlanır.
Hangi Program Size Uygun?
Ürününüz henüz prototip aşamasındaysa kuluçka merkezini tercih edin — size alan ve zaman lazım. Ürün-pazar uyumunu kanıtladıysanız ve hızlı büyümek istiyorsanız hızlandırıcı daha uygun. AR-GE yoğun bir ürün geliştiriyorsanız TGB vergi avantajları kritik öneme sahip.
En İyi Programları Seçme Kriterleri
Mentor kalitesi ve ağı en kritik faktördür — programın değeri büyük ölçüde mentorlara bağlıdır. Mezun girişimlerin başarı oranına ve yatırım alma oranına bakın. Equity talep edip etmediğini öğrenin — bazı programlar %2-10 hisse talep eder. Demo Day yatırımcı kalitesini araştırın.

The greatest value of joining a TGB is not the tax advantage but institutional trust and network effects. The phrase "We're within XYZ Technopark" provides a concrete trust boost in customer and investor meetings.
